Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to engineering plans and specifications
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and material logistics to maintain project schedules
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety compliance audits
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including progress reports and site diaries
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations
- Manage site resources efficiently to optimize cost and time utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience with high-rise construction focus
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards
- Valid professional engineer license (BEM) or relevant certification
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
