Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and resource allocation
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks for structural integrity
- Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documentation, and incident reports
- Implement site-specific safety measures and environmental protection procedures
- Resolve technical issues and optimize construction methods for efficiency
- Manage equipment usage and material inventory on construction sites
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related construction field
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in industrial or mechanical projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction blueprints
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Experience with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certified Safety Officer (CSO) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
