Are you an aspiring Site Engineer looking to advance your career with a reputable A1-grade contractor? We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Tampines. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale HDB and Condo projects, providing you with invaluable hands-on experience in high-rise residential construction.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will bridge the gap between design and physical construction, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to architectural drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Monitor construction progress against the master schedule to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company quality standards.
- Prepare and manage site documentation, including progress reports, technical submissions, and RFI (Request for Information).
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and material efficiency.
- Supervise site activities and manage on-site resources, including labor and machinery, effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in A1-grade construction projects, specifically HDB or Condominium developments.
- Strong understanding of structural plans, architectural drawings, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other construction management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse site teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex on-site technical challenges.
- Willingness to work on a 5.5-day work week, including alternate Saturdays.
