Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and engineering specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues on-site
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and quality control measures
- Implement safety protocols and enforce regulatory compliance throughout construction phases
- Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and variance analysis
- Manage subcontractor relationships and workflow optimization
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate project records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of site experience in construction or architectural projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- PRC license as Civil Engineer or Architect preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
