Sadhana Demolition & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Puchong. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging demolition projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and operational excellence from the ground up.
As a Site Engineer, you will be the backbone of our site operations, bridging the gap between design and physical execution. You will gain exposure to advanced demolition techniques, regulatory compliance, and high-stakes project management. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle the physical and technical demands of construction site management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed within timeline and quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols and environmental regulations on demolition sites.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, site workers, and project managers to ensure seamless workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess structural integrity and progress.
- Prepare comprehensive daily progress reports and documentation for management review.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and propose effective engineering solutions.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment utilized in demolition activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of site-based experience, preferably within the construction or demolition sector.
- Strong understanding of site safety requirements and construction regulations in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, drawings, and structural specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in high-risk environments.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., Green Card) is highly advantageous.
