Pilar Ekatama is seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer - Project HVAC to join our dynamic team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. As a key player in our construction projects, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
We are looking for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between technical designs and on-site execution. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ensuring they meet the project's timeline and quality requirements. This is a contract position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rp 4,500,000 to Rp 6,000,000 per month.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily site activities related to HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure material quality and workmanship standards.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or deviations to the Project Manager.
- Manage site logistics, including the storage and issuance of HVAC materials.
- Ensure proper documentation of daily progress and site reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer specifically in HVAC or Mechanical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, and control panels.
- Proficient in reading technical blueprints and using AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willing to work in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
