We are searching for an experienced Site Facilities Operations Manager to lead our high-performing team at the strategic Port Dickson data center campus in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. In this critical leadership role, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence, safety, security, and efficiency of our world-class infrastructure.
You will take full ownership of the facility's day-to-day operations. This includes managing and mentoring a diverse team of shift managers, facility technicians, and vendors to ensure 100% uptime and optimal operational efficiency. You will oversee critical electrical, mechanical, and control systems, lead incident response efforts, manage capital budgets, and implement innovative solutions to scale our operations globally.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Facilities Technicians, Shift Managers, and Operations Specialists to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and security systems.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing industry best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and complex service contracts to ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and safety standards.
- Plan, forecast, and manage the annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising reliability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incident management, root cause analysis, and emergency response at the site.
- Collaborate with global engineering, construction, and security teams to support new build projects, retrofits, and infrastructure upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in facilities management, data center operations, or critical environment management.
- 5+ years of experience in people management, leading large technical teams.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of critical infrastructure (UPS, Generators, Chillers, Cooling Towers, BMS/EPMS systems).
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal) to interface with local teams and global stakeholders.
- Ability to respond to off-hours emergencies and work a flexible schedule during critical events.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional project management skills.
