In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations directly at the site level, ensuring that all daily transactions are recorded accurately, compliant with company policies, and aligned with Head Office standards. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between on-site operational activities and central financial management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily site financial operations, including cash flow monitoring and timely disbursement of funds.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Process and verify incoming invoices, receipts, and payments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports to the Head Office for budget approval.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for on-site staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and relevant local government regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors regarding site-related financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in site finance, construction accounting, or project finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.

- Fluent in Indonesian (both written and spoken).
