Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure all work is carried out according to specifications and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, delays, and resource requirements
- Manage and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Implement and maintain safety protocols on site to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Resolve technical issues and make decisions on-site to keep projects on schedule
- Prepare and submit daily reports, including progress updates and any issues encountered
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure alignment with project objectives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision or foreman roles in building construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Certification in Construction Safety Management (e.g., WSH) is preferred
- Valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous
