Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and administrative operations? Archipelago Builders is seeking a skilled Site HR & Timekeeper to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative human resources functions and timekeeping management at our construction site.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can ensure smooth operations, manage employee records, and maintain accurate payroll and attendance data. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to a leading construction firm, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily site timekeeping, including attendance tracking, timesheet verification, and leave management.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring all deductions and bonuses are calculated correctly.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate company events, team building activities, and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain organized and confidential HR files, including contracts, certifications, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR and administrative reports to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or timekeeping within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with workers and management.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a busy site environment.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance standards is a plus.
