Join Cornerstone Global Partners as a Site Inspector and Tenancy Administrator for government properties. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of government properties to verify safety standards, maintenance compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Manage tenancy lifecycle processes including lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and tenant communications
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of property conditions, inspections, and tenant documentation
- Coordinate with maintenance contractors and government stakeholders for timely issue resolution
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and compliance documentation for regulatory authorities
- Administer property access systems, permits, and facility usage requests
- Implement and maintain property management protocols aligned with government requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property inspection, tenancy administration, or government compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and tenancy laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Certification in safety inspection protocols (e.g., WSH) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency required
