Ichikoh is seeking a dedicated Site IS Manager to join our facility in Kabupaten Bekasi. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our information systems infrastructure, overseeing the strategic direction of our IT operations while providing mentorship and technical guidance to our IS team and R&D IS engineers.
As the Site IS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of site-wide information systems, optimizing performance, and aligning technology initiatives with our production goals. You will act as a bridge between corporate IT strategy and local operational needs, fostering an environment of innovation, efficiency, and robust cybersecurity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, lead, and mentor the full IS team, including specialized R&D IS engineers.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the IS department to ensure service excellence.
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and scalability of site-wide information systems and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate IT solutions that drive operational efficiency and R&D capability.
- Manage the IT budget, including procurement, vendor relationships, and license compliance.
- Implement and maintain rigorous cybersecurity protocols to protect intellectual property and company data.
- Lead digital transformation projects and system upgrades to support site expansion and technological advancement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering professional development.
- Deep understanding of enterprise network infrastructure, server management, and database systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system failures in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing R&D-specific IT systems or engineering software environments is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is required for effective stakeholder communication.
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly preferred.
