Private Advertiser is looking for a dedicated Site Management Controller to join our dynamic finance team in Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and controlling activities across the site, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment with corporate objectives.
You will partner closely with senior management to drive performance, lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and deliver actionable insights that support operational excellence. A key focus will be on building a proactive, highâperforming team through effective people development, training, and career progression planning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead site financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure fiscal discipline and alignment with business goals.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of controllers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS), and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze site performance, identify variances, and provide clear, dataâdriven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with crossâfunctional teams to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process automation.
- Support monthâend and yearâend close activities, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial control, audit, or site management accounting.
- Inâdepth knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
- Proven people management and team leadership capabilities with a track record of developing talent.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced problemâsolving and decisionâmaking skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business environments.
