Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of site management experience in construction
- Proven track record in project scheduling and budget control
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Primavera)
