Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure strict adherence to project plans, blueprints, and schedules.
- Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and heavy equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a zero-hazard environment.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical challenges and ensure project requirements are met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the on-site team to foster a productive and collaborative work culture.
- Prepare and submit accurate progress reports, daily logs, and necessary documentation to project management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in a Site Manager or Senior Project Management role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations, and labor laws in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- PMP or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
