Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
- Implement strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA/OSHA standards
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Resolve on-site issues and delays through proactive problem-solving
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and quality control records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction
- Proven expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certification in Construction Safety (OSHA/SMSTS) preferred
