Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site operations and coordinate all site activities
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor resources to ensure timely delivery
- Implement and enforce safety standards, quality control, and environmental protocols
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, adjusting plans as needed
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and V Residence's quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management for residential/commercial projects
- Proven expertise in construction methodologies, materials, and Indonesian regulations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Certification in OSHA or equivalent construction safety standards
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective stakeholder communication
