Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities to ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate between engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with construction regulations
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize cost-effectiveness
- Lead site personnel through performance management and skill development
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate risks during construction phases
- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation for stakeholder communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive site management experience in construction
- Proven expertise in steel fabrication and bridge engineering projects
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Certification in Construction Safety Management (OSHA/SMK3)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
