Tanggung Jawab
- Lead on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Implement and enforce German-standard quality control procedures and safety protocols
- Manage workforce allocation, performance, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and technical specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering drawings
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and incident documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities for approvals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management
- Proven track record of leading medium to large-scale projects
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or construction safety
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts
- Experience with German engineering quality standards preferred
- Proficiency in construction planning software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
