PT. PMA High Quality Construction is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager (Construction) to lead our high-end development projects in Kuta Selatan, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our uncompromising quality standards. You will act as the key coordinator between contractors, engineers, architects, and site workers, maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.
As a Site Manager, you represent the backbone of our execution team. We specialize in high-quality property developments, meaning your attention to detail and commitment to structural and aesthetic excellence is paramount. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and direct daily operations on the construction site to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, engineers, site supervisors, and labor forces effectively.
- Monitor project schedules rigorously, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to meet deadlines.
- Enforce strict quality control standards, ensuring materials and workmanship meet design requirements.
- Manage the site budget, tracking expenditures and minimizing waste or cost overruns.
- Implement and oversee strict health and safety protocols (HSE) to maintain a zero-accident site environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Engineer, preferably in luxury villas or high-end residential projects in Bali.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and utilizing project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional-level English proficiency is highly preferred.
