Innovation Solutions Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager (Construction) to join our project team in the North-East Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, vendors, and internal manpower to maintain high productivity levels.
- Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Monitor project milestones and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure all work meets engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Manage site resources, including equipment and materials, to prevent wastage and optimize operational costs.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of projects through final inspections to successful client handover.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in site management or supervision within the Singapore construction industry.
- Possess valid safety certifications such as the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Sound knowledge of local construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Willingness to work on-site in the North-East Region and adapt to project-based schedules.
