Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Review site conditions daily to maintain safety and quality standards
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage site personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
