Oceans Bingin 15 is seeking a dedicated Site Manager (Finishing Works) to oversee the final stages of our construction project in Bali. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. You will act as the bridge between the project management team and on-site contractors, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Your expertise in finishing worksâsuch as tiling, painting, joinery, and landscapingâwill be crucial in delivering a luxury living experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise all finishing works on site, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, including plumbers, electricians, painters, and joiners, to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure all tasks align with the project schedule and milestones.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to identify and rectify any defects or deviations.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Manage material procurement and inventory to prevent project delays.
- Communicate project updates and technical requirements to the project management team and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager specifically in finishing works and residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing techniques.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate construction teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Valid contractor license or certification in Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
