Geolutions is a premier leader in specialized geotechnical engineering and foundation solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager (Ground Improvement) to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
In this critical role, you will take full ownership of site operations for a major Land Transport Authority (LTA) ground improvement project. You will be instrumental in driving the project forward, specializing in advanced ground engineering techniques, specifically rock fissure grouting and TAM (Tube-à-Manchette) grouting.
As a Site Manager with Geolutions, you will ensure that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate with various stakeholders including LTA representatives, and ensure that project milestones are achieved within budget and on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily site operations for the LTA ground improvement project, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Direct and supervise specialized ground improvement works, with a strong focus on rock fissure grouting and TAM grouting operations.
- Liaise effectively with LTA representatives, main contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.
- Enforce strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, conducting regular safety briefings and site inspections.
- Manage, mentor, and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and the allocation of construction equipment.
- Prepare, review, and submit regular site progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments to management and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical, logistical, or environmental challenges on-site to minimize project delays.
- Monitor project costs, material usage, and resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and budget adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site management, specifically within ground improvement and geotechnical construction.
- Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience with rock fissure grouting and TAM grouting techniques.
- Prior experience working on LTA or other large-scale public infrastructure projects in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local construction codes, WSH regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read, interpret, and execute complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
