Total Bangun Persada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager MEP to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of mechanical and electrical (MEP) construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for a strategic leader who can coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems in complex high-rise buildings. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and supervision of all MEP construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes (SNI), and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage site budgets, monitor material usage, and control costs to minimize waste.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on project status and address technical concerns promptly.
- Lead and mentor the site engineering team to foster professional growth and ensure high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-rise building construction or MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian technical standards and local building regulations.
- Proven experience in site management, project coordination, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation.
