Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of MEP site works, ensuring all activities comply with the approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with project consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, prepare comprehensive site reports, and manage budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, quality control measures, and local building codes on-site.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors, conducting regular site inspections and performance evaluations.
- Handle all necessary project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and correspondence.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to minimize delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP site management within the construction industry.
- Valid Site Manager’s Registration (SMRS) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
