PT Danadipa Bertu Perkasa is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new Palm Oil Factory project in West Kalimantan. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of heavy industrial construction projects, specifically focusing on Steel (Baja) and Concrete (Beton) structures including factory floors, warehouses, and administrative buildings.
We are looking for a strategic leader who can coordinate between various stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and strictly adhere to safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily site operations and manage the workflow of construction activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of steel and concrete construction projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations (K3) and quality control standards on site.
- Manage the procurement of construction materials, specifically steel structures and concrete.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, schedules, and budget updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager.
- Proven experience in managing projects involving Steel (Baja) and Concrete (Beton) structures.
- Experience in the Palm Oil or heavy industrial construction sector is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to field conditions.
