Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage site operations including labor, materials, and equipment allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Implement risk management strategies and resolve on-site issues
- Prepare project reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Mentor and lead project teams to achieve performance targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as Site Manager or Project Manager in construction
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Certifications in PMP or Construction Management preferred
