We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join UOA Singapore on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of on-site construction activities, overseeing every phase from groundbreaking to project handover. Your primary objective will be to deliver the project safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As the Site Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all site operations, managing subcontractors, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring strict compliance with local building regulations and safety codes. You will play a key role in driving project efficiency, resolving technical challenges, and maintaining a strong safety culture across the workforce.

This contract position offers an attractive salary package of up to $9,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
- Enforce strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design drawings.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and site documentation.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, and site records to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in construction site management, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, WSH regulations, and CONQUAS standards.
- Proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Possess relevant certifications such as WSH Officer, Constructor Safety Course, or Construction Safety Supervisor.
