Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Maintain detailed medical records and incident documentation in compliance with OHS standards
- Conduct regular health screenings and safety inspections at the project site
- Coordinate emergency medical evacuations and liaise with local healthcare facilities
- Develop and implement occupational health programs and safety training
- Monitor environmental health factors and recommend corrective actions
- Manage medical supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with valid PRC certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in emergency/occupational health
- Familiarity with OHS standards and construction site protocols
- Strong documentation and incident reporting skills
- Calm demeanor under pressure with decisive decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping software
