Immerse Lifts Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and resultsâdriven Site & Ops Controller to oversee lift installation projects across the vibrant Singapore River area. In this pivotal role, you will be the onâtheâground leader responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving projects to successful completion.
Your expertise will be crucial in aligning construction timelines, managing resources, and liaising with crossâfunctional teams to deliver highâquality elevator systems. By taking full ownership of site operations, you will directly influence project profitability, client satisfaction, and the company's reputation for excellence in the lift industry.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Directing dayâtoâday site operations for lift installation, from groundwork to final testing.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols in compliance with Singaporeâs Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
- Monitoring project progress against budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

- Lead and supervise all onâsite lift installation activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards across all work fronts.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
- Track project milestones, prepare status updates, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate client interactions, ensuring expectations are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project coordination, preferably with lift or elevator installations.
- Proven knowledge of Singaporeâs workplace safety and health regulations and best practices.
- Strong command of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading diverse teams and liaising with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with project management software is highly desirable.
- Detailâoriented, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to various site locations within the Central Region as required.
