Ichikoh is currently seeking a highly motivated Site Quality Manager to oversee our quality operations in Bekasi. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Quality Project Team to achieve operational excellence.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive internal and external quality audits to ensure system integrity.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
- Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Proven experience in leading quality project teams and conducting audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
