Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quantity surveys and prepare bills of quantities for construction projects
- Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Analyze project specifications and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular financial reports
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure timely material delivery
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and purchasing within construction
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and supply chain management
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage supplier relationships
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) is highly desirable
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
