Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for electrical construction projects
- Support project costing activities including preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist in contract administration including preparation of variation orders, claims, and final account settlements
- Monitor and track project expenditures against approved budgets
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and relevant regulations
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying for electrical construction projects
- Proficiency in quantity take-off software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
