As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for all pre and post contract administration activities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all pre and post contract administration for designated construction projects
- Prepare, review, and monitor project costing, budgets, and financial reports
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for tender documentation
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
- Monitor project progress and variations, ensuring all changes are properly documented
- Prepare monthly valuation claims and payment certificates for contractors
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities
- Prepare final accounts and settle payments with contractors upon project completion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in site-based roles
- Familiarity with construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and Malaysian building regulations
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification from the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
