Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee implementation and monitoring of site-specific safety plans and OHS compliance
- Conduct daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification
- Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for construction teams
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies during safety audits and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years construction site safety coordination experience
- Valid OSHA/NEBOSH certification or equivalent safety qualification
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA 1994 and FMA 1967 regulations
- Advanced proficiency in safety reporting software and MS Office Suite
- Certified First Aid and CPR training preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
