Join JVG Bina as a Site Safety Officer and play a crucial role in maintaining the highest safety standards on our construction sites in Penang. As a key member of our project team, you will liaise closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure compliance with local government regulations and industry best practices.
Your responsibilities will include conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, implementing corrective measures, and maintaining comprehensive safety documentation. You will also be responsible for conducting safety training sessions for workers, investigating incidents, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with local government safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for construction projects
- Conduct safety training sessions for workers and contractors
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to integrate safety into project planning
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site safety
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and assess potential safety risks
- Proficiency in safety management software and documentation systems
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
