We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Site Safety Officer to join Evergrand Electronic Scientific Technology Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance and managing safety operations across our diverse portfolio, including high-tech semiconductor facilities and construction projects. As the Site Safety Officer, you will act as the primary guardian of site safety standards. You will conduct thorough risk assessments, implement preventive measures, and lead safety audits to identify potential hazards before they escalate. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to prevent workplace accidents.
- Manage the incident reporting and investigation process, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Organize and deliver mandatory safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for all personnel.
- Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce site safety protocols strictly.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, including incident logs, inspection reports, and safety manuals.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety considerations into all operational planning and execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid NEBOSH or OSHA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Site Safety Officer role within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or construction industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety laws and regulatory standards (DOSH).
- Strong understanding of safety management systems and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence others.
- Valid Malaysian driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
