Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and enforce safety protocols, regulations, and standards on construction sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement safety training programs for all site personnel
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including reports, inspections, and compliance records
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safety is integrated into all phases of construction
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Lead emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills
Kualifikasi
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent safety certification
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site safety management
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Experience with safety management systems and safety reporting software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
