Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSH regulations.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings to brief workers on potential hazards and mitigation strategies.
- Investigate all site incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor the proper usage and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across the site.
- Ensure all site machinery and equipment undergo regular safety checks and certifications.
- Liaise with relevant authorities (DOSH/NIOSH) regarding site safety compliance and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor or Site Safety Officer in the construction industry.
- Possess a valid Green Book (SHO) registration with DOSH Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of OSH Act 1994 and related construction safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with site workers and stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure situations or site emergencies.
- Proven track record in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for report generation and safety documentation.
