Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections and audits across construction sites
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans aligned with JKKP/DOSH regulations
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety violations with root cause analysis
- Deliver safety training programs for workers and supervisory staff
- Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety protocols rigorously
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory compliance records
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into operational planning
Kualifikasi
- 2-5 years of experience as a JKKP-registered Site Safety Supervisor
- Detailed knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety regulations (DOSH)
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)
- Strong analytical skills for hazard identification and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Proficient in safety documentation systems and reporting
