We are currently seeking an experienced and vigilant Site Safety Supervisor to lead our occupational health and safety efforts at our project sites in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This role is essential to maintaining our rigorous safety standards and ensuring a secure working environment for our diverse workforce.
In this position, you will serve as the primary authority for all safety-related matters on-site. You will be expected to conduct rigorous daily inspections, identify environmental and physical hazards, and implement robust mitigation strategies before they escalate into incidents. Beyond mere compliance, you will play a pivotal educational role, training site personnel on best practices and fostering a proactive safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of every team member, subcontractor, and visitor.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and organize toolbox meetings to ensure all workers are briefed on daily hazards.
- Ensure all site activities strictly comply with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other relevant local safety regulations.
- Monitor and supervise subcontractors and site staff to ensure total adherence to established safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Investigate any site accidents, near-misses, or dangerous occurrences and prepare comprehensive incident reports with corrective action plans.
- Maintain and update all safety-related documentation, permits-to-work, and records for internal and external audit purposes.
- Identify potential environmental and safety hazards on-site and implement immediate corrective and preventive measures.
- Liaise with local authorities (such as DOSH/JKKP) and project stakeholders on all safety-related compliance and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor) or Green Book (Safety and Health Officer) certification from DOSH/NIOSH.
- A minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in construction site safety management.
- Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations, including OSHA and FMA.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively lead safety briefings.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage high-pressure onsite safety challenges effectively.
- A proactive attitude with high attention to detail and a commitment to zero-accident workplaces.
- Willingness to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and adapt to the schedules of a busy construction project.
