Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety management systems
- Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard assessments on construction sites
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions with root cause analysis
- Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to site personnel
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage safety documentation including risk assessments and incident reports
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills
Kualifikasi
- Certified Safety Officer/DOSH license (Malaysia)
- Minimum 3 years of construction safety supervision experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards
- OSHA 30-hour or equivalent safety certification
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
