Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce compliance with OSHA and local DOSH regulations across all site activities.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and hazard identification audits to proactively mitigate risks.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings to reinforce safety protocols and discuss project-specific hazards.
- Investigate all workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents, providing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff and subcontractors.
- Manage site safety documentation, including permits, safety training records, and incident logs.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety planning into construction schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Possess a valid Green Book (Site Safety Supervisor certification) recognized by DOSH.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Factories and Machinery Act (FMA 1967).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence behavior on site.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and project plans.
- Proficient in report writing and basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
