We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong background in construction safety management to lead our safety initiatives across multiple project sites. As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive safety programs that protect our workforce, contractors, and the surrounding community.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs and procedures for all construction sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training and orientation to all employees, contractors, and visitors on site
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into all phases of construction
- Ensure proper documentation of safety activities, incidents, and compliance measures
- Stay updated with current safety regulations and industry best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters between the project site and management
Kualifikasi
- Certification in occupational safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction safety management
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards in Malaysia
- Experience in power plant or large-scale industrial construction projects is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between project sites as needed
