Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily safety operations and enforce compliance with OSHA and DOSH regulations
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards
- Develop and implement safety protocols for high-risk activities like scaffolding and excavation
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for near-misses and accidents
- Coordinate safety training programs for workers and subcontractors
- Manage safety documentation, including incident reports and compliance records
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into construction planning
- Monitor PPE usage and ensure proper equipment maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Safety Officer (CSO) or equivalent DOSH certification
- Minimum 3 years' construction site safety experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act 1994 and industry standards
- Incident investigation and risk assessment certification
- Advanced first aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency in safety management software (e.g., Safesite, iAuditor)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
