Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and enforce site-specific safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across construction zones
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety violations to implement corrective actions
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs for workers and subcontractors
- Oversee personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and safety equipment maintenance
- Develop and maintain accurate safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety planning into all project phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of construction site safety supervision experience
- Certification in OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety or equivalent NEBOSH certification
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian DOSH regulations and international safety standards
- Advanced incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven track record in safety team management
- Proficiency in safety management software (e.g., SafetyCulture, Procore)
