We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join the Boilermech team in Tawau, Sabah. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of our site's safety standards, ensuring that all construction activities comply with local regulations and company policies. You will work closely with project managers and site personnel to identify potential risks, implement safety protocols, and foster a culture of safety awareness across the workforce.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for conducting daily site inspections, monitoring contractor activities, and leading toolbox talks to ensure that every team member understands the importance of hazard identification and reporting. Your ability to communicate effectively and enforce safety measures will be critical in preventing accidents and maintaining a productive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and enforce the company's Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures on site.
- Conduct daily pre-start and routine safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and audit contractor activities to ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Lead and conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings with site workers and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.
- Maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Site Safety Supervisor role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with Malaysian OSHA regulations and local construction safety standards.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and safety management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to various site locations.
