Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations on-site.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate and report on workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety documentation, including reports, permits, and incident logs.
- Train and educate construction personnel on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with project managers to implement safety improvements and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company safety policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) or related field.
- Valid NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a construction safety supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Act.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate decisive action in emergency situations.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site in various weather conditions.
