Pembinaan Indah is seeking a dedicated Site Safety Supervisor to join our construction team in Kunak, Sabah. This critical role involves ensuring all construction activities adhere to stringent safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards. You will be responsible for conducting daily site inspections, identifying potential hazards, and implementing corrective actions to maintain accident-free operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits of construction sites
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and emergency procedures
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety violations
- Train workers on safety protocols, PPE usage, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor adherence to OHS Act 1994 and local construction regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve safety concerns
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident reports
Kualifikasi
- Certification in OHS or equivalent safety management qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and industry standards
- Incident investigation and risk assessment expertise
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
